Each themer will be set up with their own theme development environment on http://drupalstaging.com. This is an up to date Drupal 6 multisite install with many modules for you the install and use on your testing site.

Themers will post iterations of the theme on their development site so both parties can review the progress. It is entirely up to you how you run this site, although I would encourage you to run it in offline mode and perhaps create some nodes with comments enabled for discussions.

When a themer elects to port a designers work the themer should create an account on their development site for the designer so they can log in to view the progress. If you are working on more than one theme at a time and you want more than one development site to facilitate this, please contact us and we will set up a second site for you. Otherwise you can arrange meeting times with the designer and switch themes during that period or you could make a role that allows the designer to select their own theme in their user settings.

Modules will be kept in the sites/all folder and you can contact me if you need to install a dependency of your theme.

Themers - please run your dev site in offline mode and be sure to inform the designer the login URL is /user/login.
