When clients submit design briefs or other inquiries for custom design services (this includes theme development) we first assess and screen the applications and then assign the contracts to hand picked members.
It works like this:
1. Design Brief is submitted.
2. AT screen out low quality applications (tire kickers).
3. AT discuss requirements with the client and establish a budget and deadline and so on.
4. AT make the project available to approved designers and/or themers depending on the nature of the project.
To qualify you must have at least one theme for sale on AdpativeThemes. For designers this means you must have submitted at least one design and have it ported to a working theme. Likewise themers just have claimed and completed at least one theme.
